Overview

PreK - High School

The Winter Indoor League is an open league designed to give Sporting Lee’s Summit coaches and players additional training opportunities with game play in the winter season. There will be no official record of scores or standings. Open to competitive and recreational teams, the Youth Winter Indoor League games are played on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays at ZSports in Greenwood, MO or Apex Sports Hub in Independence, MO (PreK-Middle School) or Lakeland Church (High School Players).

PreK-Middle School games will take place at ZSports and Apex Sports Hub; High School & Adult League games will take place at Lakeland Community Church

Uniforms

For the youth indoor soccer divisions, Sporting Lee’s Summit provides two team shirts. Shin guards are required to participate in Sporting LS games and practices. Soccer cleats are optional, but Sporting LS does not allow baseball cleats (cleat on the toe of the sole) or football (rectangular cleats on the outermost part of the sole). Black shorts are the player’s choice, but not required.

Away team wears dark blue.

Home team wears light blue.

High School and Adult can purchase team jerseys once and reuse each season.

PreK - Middle School Divisions

2025-26 Indoor Winter Details

• 4v4 with no goalie: PreK - 2nd Grades (Pre-Competitive & Recreational)
• 5v5 with a goalie: 4th Grades - 8th Grades (field size 30yd x 25yd no walls - similar rules to futsal)
• Every team will play 8 games
• Games will take place at ZSports located in Greenwood, MO and Apex Sports Hub in Independence MO, on Friday, Saturday or Sundays from November 21, 2025-March 1, 2026 (no games Thanksgiving Weekend, December 26-28 & no games after 2pm on Superbowl weekend; no make-up games)
• Players can request a coach/team during registration
• Registration open from October 1, 2025-October 22, 2025 Registration Fee: $89.95; each player to receive a home & away jersey

High School

2025-26 Indoor Winter Details- High School

• High School 7v7 Full Field
• Coed League
• Every team will play 8 games
• Games will take place at Lakeland Community Church in Lee’s Summit Friday, Saturday from December 5, 2025-February 28, 2026 (no games Thanksgiving Weekend & December 26-28 & no make-up games)
• Players can request a coach/team during registration
• Registration open from October 1, 2025-October 22, 2025
• Registration Fee: $99.95 with shirts; $79.95 if player already has shirts

Adult League

Divisions

Soccer isn’t just for kids. Sporting Lee’s Summit has created a league just for adults. No matter what your skill level or knowledge of the game Sporting LS has a place for you!

35+ ADULT Indoor Soccer (less competitive)

7 v 7 indoor Adult league for those 35+ is a less competitive league.

All games are played on Sundays at Lakeland Community Church Indoor Soccer Fields (913 E Colbern Rd LS, MO 64086). Please note that this is a recreational league and behavior that is determined to be too aggressive will not be tolerated.

***Team requests will be honored in order of registration until 10/22. After that date teams will be filled from the draft. We make every effort to accommodate team requests for registrations after 10/22, but they are not guaranteed."

Winter games will be on Sundays starting November 2, 2025 through March 1, 26 (no games Thanksgiving Weekend, December 26-28 and no games Super Bowl Weekend)
