Fall 2026 Shirt Pick-Up Information

Fall 2026 Shirt Pickup will take place on:

- TUESDAY, AUGUST 4^th from 4pm-6pm (This is for PreK - Middle School divisions at this time)

- Freestyle Graphics: 406 SE Douglas next to Dairy Queen

If you cannot retrieve your bag during this time, you may come during normal hours at Freestyle later in the week. No early pick-ups will be allowed.

-         One attachment will show what was ACTUALLY ordered (Freestyle Original Order placed on 7/14/26 right after we went live)

-         The other attachment will show what you NEED for all the players on your team (Boys/Girls Player Shirt Sizes). Since players have been added/changed teams since the original order (Freestyle Original Order placed on 7/14/26), you will need to compare both attachments since the player shirt sizes were pulled on 7/30/26, after some changes were made ***

-         Look at what was ordered on 7/14/26 and see if it contains what you NEED with what was pulled on 7/30/26

What to bring with you:

Player Sizes: I have attached your team and the sizes each player chose when they registered (these were pulled 7/30/26 at 1:30pm, so if a player was added after that and they are not showing, you will need to accommodate a shirt for them as well). Please keep in mind that this shows what you need, not necessarily what was ordered since some team changes have happened since this was pulled (you will see the attachment lower on the page to see what was ordered, so you will need to compare what you need, vs what was ordered to know if you need to place any additional shirts on the 2nd reorder).

I will have copies of this at Freestyle on Tuesday but there is usually a line to see it. To see exactly what I ordered for your team see the "Freestyle Original Shirt Order-Fall 2026" document (link below or CLICK HERE). This attachment is a form that shows what was actually ordered. Since this order was submitted on 7/14/26, there may have been changes to your team since then. (please note that players with the same first name who ordered the same shirt size will only show once on the size list- you can check the quantity to make sure enough were ordered)

Player Names: Use the attached "Freestyle Name Form-Fall 2026" (link below or CLICK HERE)" if you would like to have Freestyle print your player names on the back of the shirts. See Robert at the "main desk" if you want to leave them there or you can bring them back after you’ve checked the sizes with your players. There is an additional cost for this service. (please see attached form and be prepared to leave shirts with Freestyle and this form if you would like Freestyle to print names on the back) 

Shirt Inventory: The tag on the bag will list the totals you have by size. Please keep in mind these were the sizes on your team as of 7/14/26. If there have been changes to your roster since then the sizes will not be an exact match. 

Extra Shirts: You may have extra shirts as I have ordered up to the max allowed on your team plus one extra. This should cover any size changes or additional players added late to your team. Please try and use what is available before requesting additional sizes. If you receive a YM instead of a YS, please see if it will work for your player. Often, the change is not a problem. 

Jersey Numbers - Jerseys come pre-numbered and usually start with #1 going from smallest to largest. These numbers change every season. PreK-Middle School teams will receive one jersey per player (with a possible extra jersey) and matching coach shirts. 

Re-Orders: Deadline: Friday, August 7: After you PHYSICALLY inventory your shirts, if you find an error or need to order any additional shirts, please see Kristy at the main desk to place your order. If you need to order shirts after you leave, email your request to Kristy at admin@sportingls.org by Friday, August 7th, 2026

 If your team was just recently created, please check the lists attached to see if your team shirts are included. Please email me if you don’t see your team on this list so I confirm that your team is on our second reorder or that I ordered your team shirts after I sent this email (this should only apply to newly created teams)
